Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the screening of stable and highly expressed cell lines of CHO, familiar with the screening process of cell lines, and proficient in relevant equipment and technology;
2. Responsible for the establishment of cell bank and the evaluation of cell line productivity;
3. Familiar with the stability of cell banks and gene copy number studies;
4. Have certain analytical ability for protein drug quality analysis data;
5. In accordance with the company's experimental records and file management regulations, carefully organize the experimental records and data on time and submit the archive;
6. Able to independently complete the writing of technical reports and participate in departmental meetings to report the experimental results;
7. Complete other R&D related work according to the project requirements, and report the progress to the management team in time.
Job requirements：
1. Bachelor/Master/PhD graduate in biomedical related fields such as cell biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology;
2. Successful work experience in constructing and screening stable cell lines is preferred;
3. Have a biological basis and be proficient in technical skills related to cell culture;
4. With experimental design and data processing capabilities, can quickly access English professional literature;
5. Good teamwork spirit, analytical and problem solving skills, process management skills, communication and coordination skills.
Description of job：
1. Responsible for the experimental operation, results and data analysis of the molecular project and assist in the completion of the experimental report;
2. Regularly report the experiment and work process, analyze and judge the problems that arise during the work, and report to the supervisor in time;
3. Responsible for equipment maintenance and maintenance in the molecular laboratory;

Application requirements：
